1. Do you support customization? What is the order quantity?
Yes, as a source factory, we are happy to support customization. The order quantity for custom items starts at 100 pcs per series, or a minimum order value of USD $3,000.
2. Why is there a minimum order requirement?
As a direct factory, our machine setup and mold calibration involve initial costs. This minimum requirement helps us optimize production efficiency, allowing us to offer you more competitive factory-direct pricing in return.
3. Can I get a sample for testing first?
Certainly. We are glad to provide samples for your testing and evaluation. A small deposit (sample fee) is required, which is generally deductible from your future bulk order.
4. What are the terms of payment?
T/T wire transfer, Ali Pay.
5. What are the modes of transportation?
Including sea, air (FedEX/UPS/DHL).
6. Why might my order not be shipped immediately?
We process every order as quickly as possible. To ensure a smooth delivery, please kindly note the following:
- Logistics Transit (approx. 2 days): As our factory is located inland, goods require about 2 days to be transferred to our export/forwarding warehouse before international shipping.
- Weekends & Holidays: Please note that logistics carriers and our factory do not arrange shipments on non-working days.
- Customization Period: Custom-made products require specific time for production and assembly.
- Final Inspection: To guarantee product quality, all goods undergo a strict final check before dispatch.
