The VDI wedge (or serrated clamping block) is designed to securely lock and position VDI tool holders inside the Toa turret of CNC lathe systems, ensuring stability and accuracy during heavy-duty cutting operations.

We offer multiple standardized models to fit different turret configurations: 20-W-18, 30-W-22, 30-W-26, 40-W-28, 50-W-36, and 80-W-50. Please match your turret specifications prior to ordering.

The serrations on the block provide maximum grip and high-friction locking performance. This prevents the VDI tool holder from rotating or shifting under cutting pressure.

Each individual package includes 1 piece (1PC) of the selected VDI clamping block.

These locking blocks are specifically designed to meet the standard VDI interface standards. While optimized for Toa Turrets, they can be compatible with any other standard VDI indexable turrets corresponding to the correct model dimension.
